It is possible to rent the Künstlerhaus. The minimum stay is 3 nights with a maximum of 3-4 persons.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms. The bedroom on the top floor is normally used as studio space in case artists are there. This bedroom has a French bed to make space for this double function. On the first floor there is a landing of nearly 7 meter high which will serve in the near future as a library. It will include documentation of the artists and their interventions, as well as appropriate books on architecture, art, design, heritage and gardening.
Available periods can be booked in advance through our booking system *). In the winter a stay is 120 EUR per night (1-2 persons). In the summer it is 150 EUR per night. Each additional person is 25 EUR a night. A lumpsum of 75 EUR will be charged for cleaning and laundry. A prepayment of 50% is requested within a day after booking. Afterwards booking will be confirmed by us trough an e-mail. The full amount has to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. No smoking. No pets are allowed.
